Refund policy

At Make It Fit Wear, we want you to love your purchase. Each item is made to order, so we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected, or personal preferences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@makeitfitwear.com. We ask that you report any issues within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible, to help us investigate and resolve the problem promptly. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected item. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before an item is sent back. Please do not return any products without contacting us first. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@makeitfitwear.com. Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible.
